4.1 Product Descriptions

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by GeoGamer is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All prices are shown in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product.

4.3 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GeoGamer reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

4.4 Payment Terms

By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by GeoGamer, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping charges).

5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Our Site may include features that allow users to interact with each other and share content. When using these features, you agree to adhere to the following community guidelines:

• Be respectful to other users and avoid offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Do not post or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Site exceed the amount paid by you to GeoGamer during the six (6) months prior to bringing the claim, or one hundred pounds (£100), whichever is greater.

These limitations will apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

The Site and all products and services offered through the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

GeoGamer does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

GeoGamer makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on the Site or the content of any websites linked to the Site.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights that you cannot contractually agree to alter or waive and are legally entitled to as a consumer.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GeoGamer, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
