1. Return Eligibility
At GeoGamer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1.1 Standard Return Period
You may return most items purchased from GeoGamer within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition
- The item is complete with all accessories, documentation, and original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
1.2 Extended Return Period for Registered Customers
Customers with registered accounts on our website enjoy an extended 45-day return period for most products. The same conditions regarding product condition apply.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, unless the damage occurred during shipping or there is a product defect
- Downloadable software products and digital content once the download process has begun
- Gift cards and promotional codes
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as "Final Sale," "Non-Returnable," or "As Is" at the time of purchase
- Consumable products that have been opened or used (e.g., batteries, memory cards)
2. Conditions for Refunds
2.1 Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must be:
- In new, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage
- Complete with all original packaging, including boxes, plastic wrap, twist ties, and any protective materials
- Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts that came with the product
- Free from any personal engravings, customizations, or modifications
2.2 Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:
- The item shows signs of use or wear beyond inspection
- The original packaging is damaged, incomplete, or missing
- Parts, accessories, or documentation are missing
- The product was opened and used but is still in working condition
The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and may range from 50% to 85% of the purchase price.
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Initiate a Return

- Go to the "Order History" section
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions
- Print the pre-paid return shipping label (if applicable)

3.2 Return Shipping
Please note the following regarding return shipping:
- For defective products, items damaged during shipping, or incorrect items received, GeoGamer will provide a pre-paid return shipping label
- For returns due to customer preference or changed mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified during a promotional period
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
- You are responsible for the item until it reaches our return center; please pack returned items securely to prevent damage during transit
3.3 Processing Time
Once your return is received at our warehouse:
- We typically process returns within 3-5 business days of receipt
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size rather than requesting a refund, please follow these guidelines:
4.1 Direct Exchanges
- Exchanges can be processed for identical products in different colors or sizes, subject to availability
- To request an exchange, follow the return process but select "Exchange" instead of "Refund" when initiating your return
- Specify the details of the item you would like to receive as a replacement
4.2 Price Differences
- If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, you will be charged the difference
- If the replacement item costs less than the original purchase, you will be refunded the difference
- Any applicable promotions or discounts available at the time of exchange will be applied
4.3 Unavailable Items
If your requested exchange item is out of stock or no longer available, we will contact you to offer alternatives or process a refund for the original purchase.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
5.1 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide details of the defect and, if possible, photos or videos demonstrating the issue
- Defective products can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 60 days of purchase
- For items covered by manufacturer warranty beyond the 60-day period, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty service
5.2 Items Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery
- Document any external damage to the shipping box before opening
- Take photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and damage documentation
- Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Pre-Orders and Backorders
For pre-ordered or backordered items:
- You may cancel and request a full refund at any time before the item ships
- Once shipped, standard return policies apply
- If a pre-ordered item is significantly delayed, we will notify you and offer the option to maintain your order or receive a full refund
6.2 Sale or Clearance Items
Items purchased during sales or from the clearance section:
- May be returned within 14 days of delivery unless marked as "Final Sale"
- Must meet all standard condition requirements for returns
- Will be refunded at the purchase price paid, not the regular retail price
6.3 Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift:
- You may return it with the order number or gift receipt
- Without proof of purchase, we can offer store credit at the current selling price
- Gift returns will be issued as store credit to the gift recipient, not to the original purchaser
- The gift giver will not be notified of the return
7. Exceptions and Limitations
7.1 Promotional Items and Free Gifts
- If your order included free gifts or promotional items, these must also be returned
- Failure to return promotional items may result in the value of those items being deducted from your refund
7.2 Bulk Orders
- Orders of five or more identical items are considered bulk purchases
- Bulk purchase returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

7.3 International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes
- Please mark return packages as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid potential import duties
